This million dollar higher education project involved the build out of approximately 30,000 square feet of laboratory space with one large lab on the basement level and another large lab on the first floor of the Translational and Biomedical Research Center. Each lab facility had 10 smaller rooms that contained lab and office space adjacent to the larger labs.
